It's an oft repeated slogo at gyms and dojos and yoga factories, but at the end of the day how many subscribe?
EGO, it's so western, so American. I think it is somewhere in the Constitution, but I should check on that.
The funny thing is that, despite rumors to the contrary, I really don't have much of an ego. I mean, I like to look good. I am certainly a victim of vanity. But ego?
I left that siliness behind years ago.
Why put obstacles up in an already bitch of a trip.
Way back when, before I became a film whore, I worked for a cleaning company, Custom Maids or something like that. By the end of my first week, I was taken off team duties and began to be sent in solo to fix things. I was the guy who was called in when the first team, screwed up.
I was literally the Cleaner.
If someone complained, I was called to make it right. And I did. It was a perfect scenario for me at the time. I could go all perfectionist on situations and get paid and complemented in the process.
I never saw cleaning other people's messes as beneath me.
And I still don't. but
Speaking of trips, I gotta get goin' on ours. Packing up an moving on.
