One of my favorite audiobooks last year was Born to Run , by Christopher McDougall, which started the whole barefoot running craze.
I was suspicious as is my nature but I now believe the hype and have started my own little experiment.
In the book and then after doing other research, claims have been made that flat feet can be "cured" by going barefoot.
Now I've been on this barefoot kick for a few months now and have already seen huge improvements. I wish I had started documenting it earlier. But that being said here we are with almost flat feet. Let's see if I can barefoot my way to getting some real arches.
