Day 35
After avoiding exercise all day, I finally got into a nice heavy sand bag workout and conditioning.
Warm-up
Jump-rope 3 sets of 3 minutes each
Indian clubs
20 Body-weight deep squats
Heavy Sand Bag-Fully Loaded Approx 120 lbs.
Just moving this awkward, constantly shifting bag around is a workout. Rolling it into position to do a bench press is a sight to be seen, so I will post photos and maybe even video in the future.
Bear hug squats - 5 rep
Cradle hold squats- 2 1/2 reps(knee tweaking)
Bear hug squats - 3 rep
Bench Press- 3, 3, 2 reps
Sand Bag--Loaded with 2 bags Approx 80 lbs
Overhead Press 3 reps
Sand Bag-Loaded with 1 bag Approx 40 lbs
Front curl to overhead press 10 reps then 20 push ups
Bicep curl to overhead press 10 reps then 20 push ups
Woody's Resistance Band- Blue
10 high pulls, then chair dips 10 reps, holding a handstand against wall 20 seconds (by this time my shoulders were done)
Stretching to cool down
