This week because I was fighting/getting over a cold I focused on diet. And like I've said and I know but often ignore, one's diet has much, much more to do with weight loss than exercise. Which is why by Friday I was just dipping under the 200 lb mark. This is the most I have ever struggled with weight loss, part of it is my age and slowing metabolism. Another part is that I am gaining some muscle at the same time I am trying to loss weight. But my motivation is what seems to be lagging behind the most and that I can't explain.
