The scale dipped under 200 for the first time in a while, so that was nice.
35 minute jog and then crashed, it might be simple exhaustion and lack of sleep but I think I'm also fighting a little bug
Jiujitsu- 1 1/2 hour
Did my first heavy sand bag training. It was short but intense. I loaded the bag to its max of 120 lbs and then played around with it doing squats and bench press as well as just messing around with it. I took out one of the 3 40lb sandbags and did some presses and played around with it. I took one more bag out and did some more sets of overhead presses and again goofed around with it. It is absolutely amazing how heavy 120 lbs is when it is awkward and shifting constantly.
Back up to 202.4 but there is definitely some muscle gain involved there so I'm trying to not get obsessive about the numbers on the scale.
