I woke up at 2:30 a.m., did a few things I needed to do for the upcoming festival/camping trip and tried to get back to sleep, unsuccessfully. By the time I got out of bed I was already tired, still had too many things to do and was in no condition, mentally or physically to do any kind of workout.
I arrived at the festival, found a place to pitch camp and then set about exploring. I guess you could say I got a goodly amount of exercise in with all the walking I did. Because of the party energy and the 24/7 music and my typical "there will be time enough for sleep in the grave", I got very little rest.
A lot of walking, as in hours up and down hills and not much eating. I did manage to get in some trapeze and aerial tissue work. Little or no sleep.
More walking, some stretching, some more trapeze. Some sleep.
Stretching and rest.
I may make a sub-titled version of this series, starting tomorrow. It will look like this My Fitness Regime--Day 20(Day 1 of the "Real New Fitness Regime"), although I suppose it might end up looking like My Fitness Regime Day 57 (Day 1 of my Seriously, This-Time-Is-It, No-More-Excuses, Real New Fitness Regime)
I did manage to maintain my weight, didn't go up or down.
