I was supposed to do my Body-weight workout on Wednesday and perhaps a yoga class and jiujitsu.
It became a rest day.
As did Thursday.
I did get

Push-Ups: 21 reps
Deep-Knee Bends: 30 reps
Pull-ups: 5 reps, 3 reps, 3 reps
One-Legged Pushups: 10 each side
Prone Hyper-extensions: 30 reps
Wrestler's Bridge: 30 seconds
Sit-ups: 30 reps
Leg-raises: 25 reps
