Push-Ups: 28 reps
Deep-Knee Bends: 40 reps
Pull-ups: 6 reps, 4 reps, 3 reps
One-Legged Pushups: 10 each side
Prone Hyper-extensions: 30 reps
Wrestler's Bridge: 40 seconds
Sit-ups: 30 reps
Leg-raises: 25 reps
Alternate Leg Step Ups: 30 reps each side
