For a variety of reasons, my fitness regime that I meant start on January 2, I have now "started" for the third time. It's been exactly a week since my second "plan your work, work your plan"
So here we go.
Push-Ups: 20 reps
Deep-Knee Bends: 30 reps
Pull-ups: 5 reps, 3 reps, 3 reps
One-Legged Pushups: 10 each side
Prone Hyper-extensions: 20 reps
Alternate Leg Step Ups: 25 reps each side
Wrestler's Bridge: 15 seconds
Sit-ups: 25 reps
Leg-raises: 20 reps
8 miles biking around Wednesdays' snowpocalypse
