On Day 9 I had just rebounded from a couple of off days. Tuesday, I was resolved to continue with renewed vigor, but as fate would have it, several wrenches in the works later had me doing a maintenance workout of jump-roping and body weight conditioning, which was certainly better than nothing but given that I would be leaving for LA on a whirlwind trip where I figured my work out regime would take a hit I had planned on a more intense workout to balance things out.
Let’s just say my fitness regime went down the tubes. My “work outs” consisted of racing through airport terminals, lifting and moving lots of boxes, and one nice long walk. Otherwise I was stuck sitting for hours, on the plane and in traffic. Catching up with friends was certainly nice but did not help the dietary part of my fitness regime. Sunday I spent jetlagged and recovering on the coach.
Net result—yo-yoed back up to 208lbs. Oops
Finally went for a run. Short but sweet. 30 minutes in the cool of the morning.

205 lbs almost back to the starting line.
A fun conditioning day—warm up of jumping rope, Indian clubs, hooping, and juggling, bodyweight conditioning, sandbag training, and finished it up playing with some big ol’ rubber bands
We’ll see what happens at the four day festival this weekend.
